Questions
What counts as an AI-reviewed check?+
Each email you check while AI review is switched on counts as one. Rules-based checks are always unlimited and don't count. If you reach your plan's AI limit, checks keep working with the rules only until next month.
Do I need IT to set it up?+
No. Create an account, add the vendors you pay (one by one or from a spreadsheet), and check your first email. It takes about five minutes and nothing is installed.
Which email apps does it work with?+
Any of them. Download the email as a file from Gmail or Outlook and drop it in, or copy and paste the email text. Downloading the file gives the most accurate result.
Can my whole team use it?+
Yes. Invite teammates from the Team page: up to 2 people on Starter, 5 on Pro, and unlimited on Business. Everyone shares the same vendor list and check log.
Which plans have a free trial?+
Only Pro. You get 14 days of Pro, including 50 AI-reviewed checks, with no card needed. Starter and Business start straight away and are billed monthly.
What happens after the Pro trial?+
Before it ends, subscribe to any plan from the Billing page. If you don't, checks pause until you subscribe. Your vendors and check log are kept.
What does “fair use” mean on Business?+
AI review is unlimited for normal business use. If an account goes beyond about 5,000 AI-reviewed checks in a month, AI review pauses until the next month (rules-based checks keep working), and we'll reach out about a custom plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes, any time from the Billing page. Changes are prorated by Stripe. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is my data used to train AI?+
No. Second Look doesn't train AI on your emails. When AI review is on, email text is sent to Anthropic (Claude) only to produce the review. See the Privacy Policy.
Do you store bank account numbers?+
Never. Second Look refuses to save bank account numbers in vendor details, imports or notes.
